A successful payments industry executive with experience in card issuing, prepaid services, financial technology, and business leadership, Jerome Uffner serves as Senior Vice Presideby of card issuing at Usio Inc., where he works with payment solutions that include card issuing, payment acceptance, electronic billing, and payment facilitation technology. Jerome Arthur Uffner was also most recently President of Tern Commerce Inc., a financial technology company based in New York.

Before joining Usio, Jerome Arthur Uffner served as Senior Vice President and head of prepaid at FIS, where he managed a payment business with around $100 million in annual revenue. He previously worked as president and chief executive officer of FirstView Financial, where he led the payment company’s revenue growth and received several industry awards. Mr. Uffner earned a bachelor of arts in economics and political science from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also participated in industry speaking engagements, served on the board of Backpack Blessings, and is a longtime youth football and baseball coach.
